How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders, worldwide! We work hard to offer FREE shipping for every order, (no minimum purchase requirement).
If you want faster shipping, opt for the Express Shipping at $18-20*.
*Express Shipping Service is applicable for selected items only.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we sure do! We do not charge taxes on our products, however you will be responsible for any import duties or customs that your country may apply to your order. Items will be shipped from our warehouse from Asia or the USA.
How long does delivery take?
Express Worldwide Shipping ($18-$20)
3-10 business days*
*Due to COVID-19, express shipping might experience delays. Rest assured, though, that all orders with express worldwide shipping service will be sent via DHL or UPS Expedited.
Standard Worldwide Shipping (FREE)
USA & Canada: 10-40 business days.
Australia, Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands: 10-40 business days.
Rest of world: 12-40 business days.
Processing Time: most items will ship within 1-2 business days, but could take up to 5 days due to the high volume of orders we receive! Orders placed after Friday 6pm EST will be processed the following Monday.
If you place an order using Lay Buy, your order will be shipped out after your final payment
Please double check all personal and postage details (phone number, correct email, door number, ...) when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages.
If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, cost for re-shipping the package would be $10.
Moreover, if the package has sent been back to us and you don't want it to be reshipped, processing fee is $10.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTE:
A. Delivery Time: starts from the date of dispatch and count doesn't start from order date.
E.g. Customer ordered on June 1. Package has been dispatched on June 3. Customer will get the package from June 17 - July 29 (for standard shipping).
B. Business Days: Mondays to Fridays only
Can I track my order?

I ordered multiple items and only received one!
Since we store our products in different warehouses, there will be instances wherein you will be receiving separate packages for each product. No worries, it is also on its way!
My package hasn't arrived yet after 40 business days! Help!*
If 40 business days have passed and item hasn't arrived yet in your home country, you will be automatically be eligible for a full or partial refund.
First, check your credit card if amount has been refunded.
